Our 12-week fitness training camps are comprised of intense training classes. Each week of the program participants complete one hour workouts, four times a week. While the workout routines and classes vary each day, each class always includes strenuous and grueling workouts designed to make our participants physically and mentally stronger and more resilient.
Cardiovascular & Strength Training
Option 1 — 5:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Option 2 — 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Winter/Spring: January – April
Summer Training: May – July
Fall: September – November
