SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our Paul Lacoste Sports Performance Programs target the competitive athlete. Each of these workouts are designed to enhance the specific skills used by that athlete’s sport and position, and Paul works with each athlete to address skills like speed, agility, quickness, flexibility, and strength.

PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE TRAINING

This training is for the athlete wanting to get to the top of his or her game. Our smaller groups allow for more individualized attention to form and we address mechanics, areas of weakness, and sports-specific skills.
